Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead and oversee our sales team. Key Responsibilities:

  3. Customer Relationship Management:

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
    • Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and providing tailored solutions.
  4. Performance Monitoring:

    • Track and analyze sales metrics, prepare performance reports, and present findings to senior management.
    • Use data insights to adjust sales strategies and optimize team performance.
  5. Collaboration:

    • Work closely with marketing, product, and customer service teams to align efforts and improve overall customer experience.
    • Contribute to product development and pricing strategies by providing customer and market feedback.
  6. Budget Management:

    • Manage the sales department budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
