Position Overview:

As a Key Account Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and building strong relationships with our key clients. You will be responsible for understanding client needs, developing account strategies, and executing plans to meet and exceed sales targets. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities:

     Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
  • Understand clients' business needs and challenges to provide tailored solutions.
  • Act as the main point of contact for key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

     Sales and Revenue Growth:

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products or services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver value-added solutions to clients.

    Market Analysis and Research:

  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
  • Conduct regular market research to identify new business opportunities and potential threats.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to the leadership team based on market analysis.

    Contract Negotiation:

  • Lead negotiations with clients to secure favorable terms and agreements.
  • Work closely with the legal team to ensure contracts are in compliance with company policies and regulations.

     Communication and Reporting:

  • Effectively communicate with internal teams to align strategies and ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Provide regular updates on key account performance and progress against targets.
  • Prepare and present reports to management detailing account status, opportunities, and challenges.
